Diggin

through some old photos, found these I took in St. Louis a few years ago. Stopped in for a night heading across the country, once heading east, once west. Had to walk down and check it out.

Been Busy

So I'm gonna post a few from the past. Shovel was a rad bike, had to sell but wish I still had. Was a nice laid back rider.  KTM....Had to go, it was way too much fun if you know what I mean. 70mph on dirt and not feeling shit! Kawi 900, not mine, I have a 1000....theres a story there but its not even worth telling.

Time Warp

Finally, back in my hands! Was supposed to get it last Monday, then nothing....patiently waited out the week and was just sitting down when I heard a familiar sound downshifting to my driveway. STOKED. Actually still runs pretty good but needs a going through, things are a little too "loose" and I need to get familiar with it again. Hasn't been registered since '07. I popped the seat up and opened the tail piece registration holder to see what treasures awaited. My registration was still in there....so weird. The whole deal is strange, same bike smell, sounds, all of it. I can't wait to get the small kinks ironed out and GET ON IT. I would never have gotten my favorite bike back without the help of my lovely lady Monika, who put me in touch with the dude that was holding it for me for the past 7 years. Now I gotta ride it down to finish the Pan....

Went and checked out my old KZ yesterday. I never thought I would see that bike again, turns out its less than 2 miles from my house! Its been neglected a bit, as in left outside, not ridden much etc. Seat has been changed, bars changed. The original green paint is now fucked. Gives me an excuse to paint it and not feel bad now though. Was really weird to see my bike again, like an abducted child returning home after years away, living life under an assumed identity.
